What customers say?

“ Outstanding oyster lunch. Slurped down a succulent dozen. Chased it down with a local craft beer. Great views of the tidal basin looking south towards Queberon. Great dessert and espresso. Value for money a 10. ”

“ After considering reviews we decided to try La Cabane a Jo. They have a small menu and it's clear they focus on the best oysters and fantastic wines. The owner prepares the oysters as you wait and the restaurant is surrounded by oyster beds. The seafood could not be more fresh. We combined them with an organic Muscadet. It was the best oyster experience my wife and I have ever enjoyed. Wonderful. My son even had one and liked it. For my more picky son there was a sausage pate, we also had a lobster pate and trout pate. Everything was locally produced. Excellent service and atmosphere. Would recommend. ”

“ Visited with family. Short menu consisting of oysters, Tiger prawns and pate..oysters not my thing but others loved them said they were the best they had ever had. Needed to find somewhere else to eat afterwards! ”

“ Top oyster destination in Morbihan, this location constantly tries to improve oysters' taste. Not only the owner (he is the producer as well) offers oysters from the Baie de Quiberon but also from la Rivière d'Etel. Don't forget to ask to try both! The location itself offers place inside la Cabane, but as well outside protected by a large sail shaped umbrella. View is breathtaking ”
